These Terms of Use explain the rules that apply when you access or use Donniya and any related service provided by A-Recreations.
By using Donniya, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. About Donniya
Donniya is a language-learning and educational application designed to help users learn and practice Bambara and related learning content through lessons, dictionary features, games, audio, video, reading content, and other educational tools.
2. Use of the App
You agree to use Donniya only for lawful, personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes unless we have given you written permission for another use.
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to damage the app or its services;
- Do not use Donniya to violate laws, infringe rights, or harm other users;
- Do not attempt to bypass premium access, ads, payments, security, or technical limits.
3. Educational Content
Donniya is provided for learning and educational support. We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate content, but we do not guarantee that all lessons, translations, pronunciations, examples, or educational materials will always be complete, error-free, or suitable for every learning goal.
4. Purchases, Premium Access, and Payments
Donniya may offer paid features, premium access, subscriptions, one-time purchases, credits, or other paid options. Prices, duration, features, and availability may change depending on the platform, country, promotion, or payment method.
Payments may be processed by app stores or third-party payment providers. Their own terms, refund rules, and payment policies may apply. Unless required by law or by the applicable platform policy, payments are not guaranteed to be refundable.
5. Advertising and Rewards
Donniya may display advertising or offer rewarded features. Ads and rewards may depend on availability, region, device, internet connection, or third-party providers. We cannot guarantee that a rewarded ad or offer will always be available.
6. Intellectual Property
Donniya, including its design, text, features, graphics, audio, video, exercises, games, logos, and other content, is owned by A-Recreations or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from Donniya content without our prior written permission, except where allowed by law.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
Donniya may include links, ads, payment systems, analytics tools, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, payment processing, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Availability and Updates
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Donniya at any time. We may also correct errors, add or remove features, or change how certain functions work. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
9. Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to Donniya if we believe that a user has violated these Terms, abused the app, attempted fraud, caused technical harm, or created legal or security risks.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, A-Recreations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, access, or device functionality arising from your use of Donniya.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised date at the top of the page. Continued use of Donniya after changes means that you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Mali, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
